Four years against the current.
The class released into open water. A shoal of paper fish with every graduate's name, a fish-farm pond the class fills, and a release at the end where the whole shoal is sent downstream to the next year.

The concept
You raised fry, tested water and counted fish for four years. Your turn to swim.
Upstream runs the day as a hatchery release. Every graduate is a fish cut-out with a tag — species, weight, pond, release date — swimming in a printed pond on the floor. A growth chart follows the class from fry in first year to market size at graduation, and at the end the whole shoal is lifted and handed, fish by fish, to the year below.
It's for fish resources and aquaculture students who've done fieldwork at Lake Manzala or the Suez Canal ponds and come home smelling of it. The palette is deep-water teal, net white and one koi orange for the tags.

Identity
