The concept
Four years of getting it wrong slightly less each time. That has a shape.
Training Run treats the cohort as a model that trained for four years. A hand-painted loss curve runs the length of one wall with real milestones marked on it, a confusion matrix maps who the group always mixes up with whom, and everybody writes a prediction about someone else that gets sealed and handed over at the end.
It is the funniest realm in the catalogue if your group actually did the coursework, and it is built for a hall with one long wall. Palette is deep violet and paper with a single signal amber.

Identity
Everything is a plot. Axes, ticks, a legend, no decoration.
A plotting system — axes, gridlines, tick labels, legend — applied to posters, name cards and the wall. It looks like a paper figure and that is the joke.
Each person gets a two-letter label like a data series, used everywhere, plus a four-page guide with the rule that amber marks a single highlighted point and never a whole series.

EasyPrediction cards
Everyone writes one prediction about someone else, seals it, and drops it in the box. Costs nothing, takes four minutes, and is the thing people talk about afterwards.

Photography
Twelve shots, in order, built around one long wall.
A long wall is hard to photograph without going flat, so the list works in sections and uses people standing at their own milestone for scale.
Plus a grade preset pair that holds the violet without crushing skin tones.

One 45-second edit anybody can cut on a phone.
One tracking shot along the loss curve from left to right, ending on the group at the converged end.
Titles as transparent PNG sequences in the plot style, plus a CapCut guide for a steady lateral tracking shot.
