The concept
Your last year is a race everybody ran at a different pace. This realm gives that a stadium.
The Last Lap dresses your day as a vintage track meet — chalk lanes, canvas bibs, a hand-painted results board, brass whistles, a finish tape stretched across the faculty gate at 4pm.
It's built for a group that wants photographs with movement in them. Nothing here asks you to stand in a line and smile. Every prop is something you hold, wear, carry, or run through.
The palette is burnt track red on warm sand with chalk white. It reads well in hard Cairo sun, which is when your photos will actually be taken.

Identity
One mark, one type pair, one palette. Everything else is applied.
A lane-numbered wordmark that stretches to fit your faculty name in Arabic or English, supplied as editable and outlined files.
A stencil numeral set 00 to 99, so every person in the group gets their own number and it stays consistent across bibs, cups, seating cards, and the results board.
Full colour, type, and spacing rules in a four-page mini guide, so whoever on your committee opens the files at 1am can't get it wrong.

EasyChalk lane lines
Mark four lanes across the courtyard with a string guide and powdered chalk. Sweeps away with water, so nobody on the committee gets in trouble.

Photography
Twelve shots, in order, with where to stand and when.
A shot list built around the light: wide lane shots at 9am while shadows are long, portraits under the arch at midday when it's flat, the finish tape at 4pm for the warm backlight.
Each shot comes with a framing sketch, a lens suggestion that works on a phone, and the one instruction to give the group so they don't all look at the camera.
Plus a colour-grade preset pair for Lightroom mobile and Snapseed, so the whole album looks like one day rather than eleven cameras.

Video
One 45-second edit anybody can cut on a phone.
A shot-by-shot storyboard for a start-gun-to-finish-tape reel, with timings marked against a beat count.
Title and lower-third overlays supplied as transparent PNG sequences, so no motion software is needed.
