The concept

Four years learning to teach. Take the register one more time.

Staff Room stages the day as the room teachers disappear into between lessons. A chalkboard timetable where every period is a year, a register read aloud, pigeonholes with a note for every graduate, and a hand bell rung at the end of the last period.

It's made for education faculties, who have all stood at the front of a class by now. The palette is chalkboard green, exercise-book paper and one chalk yellow.

A timetable layout in Arabic — period, subject, room — and a class register with a mark for every name, supplied editable.

A period number per person and a four-page guide on the one rule: chalk yellow marks the current period, nothing else.
