Keyframe
Four years, twelve frames a second.
The class animated, one frame each. A giant flip-book where every graduate draws their own frame, a dope sheet for the cohort, and the whole thing played back on the big screen at the end.

The concept
Every graduate is one frame. Together, it moves.
Keyframe makes the class one short animation. Each graduate gets a frame card with registration holes and draws one pose of the same character walking across four years — first lecture, first all-nighter, first render that crashed, last jury. The frames are pegged in order on a line round the hall, logged on a dope sheet, and at the end they're photographed one by one and played back on the projector.
It's for animation and digital arts students who count time in frames and sleep in renders. The palette is storyboard violet, light-table white and one onion-skin orange for the keyframes.

Identity
A frame counter and a peg bar.
A slate lockup — scene, shot, frame, take — in Arabic and English, with the department code as the scene number. Supplied editable.
A peg-bar mark and a four-page guide to the one rule: orange marks a keyframe, and only keyframes.

Photography
Twelve shots, in order, frame by frame.
Close on hands drawing, then the frame line, then the dope sheet, then the class watching the playback with the projector light on their faces.
A saturated, playful grade. Shoot every frame card straight on, same distance, same light — those are the animation.

Video
One 45-second edit anybody can cut on a phone.
The class animation itself, twelve frames a second, with a 15-second making-of tacked on.
Slate titles as transparent PNGs, plus a guide to shooting stop-motion on a phone.

Eight pieces come in every realm, drawn in that realm's own colours. Each one is a print file at its real size with a how-to page — send it to a print shop or make it at home. Your department code and year change on all of them at once in Studio.
