The concept

Four years in the lab and the kitchen. Cook for each other.

House Recipe stages the day as a tasting in a test kitchen. Every graduate brings one dish with its recipe card, the dishes line a long table with nutrition labels written by friends, and the day ends with the cohort's cookbook printed and shared.

It's for food science and nutrition students, who read the label on everything. The palette is kitchen brown, recipe-card cream and a tomato red.

Identity

A recipe-card and menu system in Arabic — dish, cook, serves, time — supplied editable with an English version.

A dish number per person and a four-page guide on the one rule: red marks the dish name, never the method.
