The concept

Years of deliveries. Announce your own.

Due Date stages the day as the arrivals board of a maternity ward. Each graduate gets a birth card — name, date, weight in years — the nursery window is a frame for photos, and the day ends with the cohort 'delivered' and announced over the ward speaker.

It's for obstetrics and gynaecology residents and students, who have kept strange hours for years. The palette is ward plum, blanket white and one soft coral.

An arrivals-card system — name, arrived, weight, ward — supplied editable in English and Arabic.

A cot number per person and a four-page guide on the one rule: coral marks an arrival, and nothing else.
