A grand round for the class. Every graduate has a case sheet written by a friend, the cohort works through a differential on the whiteboard, and one diagnosis is reached by the end.

The concept
Six years of taking histories. Take the class's.
Differential runs the day like an internal medicine grand round. Every graduate has a case sheet — presenting complaint, history, examination findings — written by the friend who knows them best, and the sheets are read in a ring of chairs like a real round. On a big whiteboard the class lists every possible diagnosis for what they've become, and crosses them out one by one until a single one is left.
It's for internal medicine students who can talk for twenty minutes about one potassium result. The palette is ward blue, case-sheet white and one red for the final diagnosis.

Identity
