The concept

Four years of arguing other people's cases. Argue your own.

Case Law stages the day as a moot. A raised bench, counsel tables, robes, and a docket of charges the cohort writes against the degree — the 8am seminar, the reading list nobody finished, the module that changed everything. Two sides argue each charge, a bench of three rules, and the verdict is engrossed and signed by all.

Every printed thing follows real court formatting, because the joke is precision. Palette is deep burgundy and paper with an ink line.

Identity

A case citation. Everything on the day gets one.

A citation system in the cohort's own reporter — *Cohort v. Year Four* [2027] SR 1 — used on the docket, the pleadings, place cards and posters.

A case-number set per person, an engrossment layout for the verdict, and a four-page guide on the one thing that matters here: correct citation formatting.

Arabic line حكمت المحكمة means “the court has ruled”
