The concept

Years of setting bones. Sign each other's cast.

Bone Deep stages the day as a fracture clinic. A big plaster cast — on a mannequin arm or a graduate volunteer — is signed by everyone all day, an X-ray wall shows the cohort's 'films', and at the end the cast is cut off with the ceremony of a real removal.

It's for orthopaedic residents and students who've carried more plaster than anyone. The palette is X-ray charcoal, plaster white and a cast-saw orange.

A fracture code per person and a four-page guide on the one rule: orange is the saw, never the text.
